Color Matching

This is not a precise science. We believe in providing physical samples of your product to review before placing a final order. We do this because colors produced by the offset printing process can sometimes be slightly different from your mock up or what you envisioned on your monitor and personal copies.

Pre-Press Approvals

The team at MCRL Overseas Group has an eagle eye and catches 99.9% of all technical printing issues (non-creative issues). However, we do require your final approval on product specifications to guarantee your satisfaction.

Delivery Dates

The MCRL Overseas team will provide you with an expected delivery date for your project. However, unforeseen things such as weather, port conditions, and random customs inspections prevent us from guaranteeing an exact delivery date for standard shipments. For expedited shipments, we use an upgraded class of shipping that guarantees a delivery date, for an additional fee. In this case, your MCRL customer care expert will provide you with a custom quote and timeline.

Product Safety

A common concern of China-made products is safety. At MCRL we take product safety very seriously. We work hard to ensure the safety of all our products, especially in our children’s products: books, toys, packaging, etc. We meet or exceed the stringent quality and safety standards of Disney, Amazon and Walmart and have third party inspectors vet, audit and approve both our products and facilities for compliance.
