How it works
Your order is shipped from our overseas facility to Logistech Solutions
During production, we apply a custom label on your products or mailer boxes. When your order arrives at Logistech, they scan each product and update your inventory in real time. Your products are then safely stored in their temperature controlled warehouse.
Your customer orders are picked and packed
Logistech offers two options for fulfilling your orders:
A. Use their online shipping portal OR B. Integrate your storefront with their fulfillment system
In both cases, your inventory is automatically updated when orders are processed.
Your order is shipped
Logistech ships out your order by UPS or US Postal Service. The carrier’s tracking number is emailed to you and your customer, as well as updated on your e-commerce platform.
